Shipping policy

***We are not responsible for packages left in the mail, lost packages, or misspelled addresses. ***

If the package is returned due to incorrect to address, you will have to re pay for shipping.

Shipments are made within an approximate time of 2 to 4 business days.
Shipments are made Monday through Friday excluding US federal holidays.
Estimated delivery time will depend on your location and the mail.
All packages are shipped through USPS (United States Postal Service).

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number with which you can make any type of claim directly with the Post office if the package does not reach its destination.

The address that will be used for the shipping label will be the one you select for the order, which appears on the platform of our online store, not the PayPal address or another place. Please make sure you write the address correctly as it will not be compared or confirmed with any other platform.
