Refund policy

Due to the health and safety concerns, we DO NOT accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any orders unless there is a manufacturer defect. Only submit claim request if you meet one of the following criteria:

•Received damaged items 
•Manufacture defects 
•Missing items from your order 

NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. ONLY STORE CREDIT WILL BE GRANTED. 

Our policy lasts for 7 calendar days from the day you received your package. If after those 7 days you have not made any claim on your order, unfortunately we will no longer be able to grant you credit.
